La seva constant renovaci\u00f3 a la cuina i la garantia d\u2019\u00e8xit als seus restaurants, esdeveniments i serveis de c\u00e0tering, fan d\u2019aquest jove xef un referent en la gastronomia d\u2019avantguarda.<\/p>\n<p>Format a l\u2019Escola de Cuina Hofmann de Barcelona i al Plaza Ath\u00e9n\u00e9e de Par\u00eds pot presumir d\u2019haver obtingut dos estrelles Michelin. president de l\u2019Associaci\u00f3 d&#8217;Empresaris d&#8217;Hostaleria\u00a0(AEH) de Salou, <strong>Pep Moreno<\/strong> \u00e9s l\u2019ambaixador de la nostra marca d&#8217;arr\u00f2s pr\u00e8mium Bayo Expert, que produeix la varietat <strong>carnaroli<\/strong> a la finca Mas Tramontano (delta de l&#8217;Ebre) de manera artesanal.<\/p>\n<p>Com a referent de la gastronomia de fusi\u00f3 amb base mediterr\u00e0nia i xef dels restaurants <strong>Deliranto i Cook and Travel<\/strong> de Salou (Tarragona), Moreno fusiona l&#8217;art culinari amb la creaci\u00f3 art\u00edstica.<\/p>\n<p>Les
