{"id":1284,"date":"2018-12-18T17:56:47","date_gmt":"2018-12-18T16:56:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.arrozbayo.es\/?p=1284"},"modified":"2018-12-19T09:45:17","modified_gmt":"2018-12-19T08:45:17","slug":"arros-bayo-present-al-forum-gastronomic-de-girona-per-segon-any-consecutiu","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.arrozbayo.es\/ca\/arros-bayo-present-al-forum-gastronomic-de-girona-per-segon-any-consecutiu\/","title":{"rendered":"Arr\u00f2s Bayo, present al F\u00f2rum Gastron\u00f2mic de Girona per segon any consecutiu"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Bayo<\/strong>, marca d\u2019arr\u00f2s per al canal Horeca amb la major quota de mercat a Catalunya, va ser present per segon any consecutiu al <strong>F\u00f2rum Gastron\u00f2mic de Girona<\/strong>, amb un estand de m\u00e9s de 70 m2.<\/p>\n<p>Durant aquesta fira, que es va celebrar enguany del 18 al 20 de novembre, Bayo va donar a con\u00e8ixer els seus productes (les varietats bomba, llarg, ecol\u00f2gic i carnaroli, entre d\u2019altres) amb les demostracions de cuina del prestigi\u00f3s xef ebrenc <strong>Fran L\u00f3pez<\/strong>, com ara arr\u00f2s d\u2019ortigues de mar amb espardenyes, risotto d\u2019\u00e0nec salvatge del Delta, arr\u00f2s crem\u00f3s de cranc blau i arr\u00f2s de col i fesols.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"1080\" height=\"608\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/0e_zpynnFNI?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3><strong>Fran L\u00f3pez, un xef amb 2 estrelles Michelin<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Fran L\u00f3pez<\/strong>, ambaixador de la marca Bayo, compta amb una <strong>estrella Michelin pel Xerta Restaurant<\/strong>, situat a l\u2019hotel Ohla Eixample de Barcelona, amb una carta basada en els productes t\u00edpics del delta de l\u2019Ebre. A la localitat de Xerta (Baix Ebre) es troba l\u2019establiment principal del negoci familiar: l\u2019<strong>hotel restaurant Villa Retiro<\/strong>, tamb\u00e9 amb una estrella Michelin, situat en ple paisatge t\u00edpic del Delta, envoltat de natura i de productes de proximitat.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Villa Retiro Grup<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Villa Retiro Grup \u00e9s l\u2019evoluci\u00f3 d\u2019una empresa familiar nascuda l\u2019any 1929 i actualment gestionada per la quarta generaci\u00f3; compta amb uns 200 treballadors. El xef Fran L\u00f3pez, juntament amb el seu germ\u00e0 Quim L\u00f3pez, director de Villa Retiro Grup, s\u00f3n els art\u00edfexs d\u2019un creixement corporatiu basat en <strong>experi\u00e8ncies ludicogastron\u00f2miques<\/strong> de qualitat que desenvolupen en punts estrat\u00e8gics de Catalunya, com ara Barcelona o el delta de l\u2019Ebre; ambd\u00f3s destinacions tur\u00edstiques i econ\u00f2miques d\u2019import\u00e0ncia nacional.<\/p>\n<p>Els negocis d&#8217;aquest grup no estan \u00fanicament lligats a la restauraci\u00f3, sin\u00f3 que tamb\u00e9 inclouen una escola de cuina, un festival de m\u00fasica i un celler de vins i olis. Enguany han fet el salt a Eivissa amb el projecte de restauraci\u00f3 de l\u2019Hacienda Na Xamena.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El<strong> F\u00f2rum Gastron\u00f2mic de Girona<\/strong>, que va n\u00e9ixer el 1999 a Vic, se celebra cada dos anys a Girona. Cada edici\u00f3 reuneix distribu\u00efdors, empresaris de la restauraci\u00f3 i la ind\u00fastria agroaliment\u00e0ria, cuiners, en\u00f2legs, botigues especialitzades i productors i fabricants d\u2019aliments i begudes, entre d\u2019altres.
